Recycling Update:
Recycling has changed to every other week. Attached is the map and recycling dates for Timber Creek. Old recycling bins can be dropped off at the Plymouth Maintenance Facility, 14800 23rd Ave. N. from January through February.Plymouth Curbside Recycling Map and Schedule
Pet Policy: It has recently been noted that several pets have been seen running off leash and cats roaming the property.
The pet policy for Timber Creek outlines: "pets must be on a leash when outside the unit." It also states "pets shall not be allowed to bark, whine, cry or behave in any manner that causes an individual's safety and/or 'quiet enjoyment of their Property' to be taken away and/or jeopardized." Please note that these items are against the rules and could also be subject to fines for non-compliance.
Vehicles: Vehicles are not allowed to park at vacant units. Parking is only allowed in the driveway for your home and in the guest parking available for non residents. Please be aware that violators will be towed at the owner's expense.
